Here are some results showing data on our Proteus Motion with a golfer who specifically started training with us to improve performance for golf. We go over the results of the three different golf assessments he’s done and discuss how the force-velocity profile and dictated how we train him. We also show just a few of the exercises we’ve done with him but nowhere near all of the exercises we use.
